MMAPREDICTIONGURU AnalystBetting desk called 15 of 25 MMAPREDICTIONGURU: predicted Klein · Decision. Actual Musayev · KO/TKO R2. Result: Miss.

Bedtime MMA Analyst called 67 of 99 Bedtime MMA: predicted Klein · Decision. Actual Musayev · KO/TKO R2. Result: Miss.

Career stats per UFC.com; recent form is each fighter's last five bouts. Numbers reflect records coming into fight night. Bars compare each stat on a fixed scale; the “Edge” marker flags the leading corner where the gap is meaningful. The snapshot plots five career rates — output, striking defense, durability (strikes absorbed, inverted), takedown defense and finish rate — each normalised on its own scale.
Pre-fight analysis — how we saw it going in
Case for Klein
Klein is the busier and more accurate striker at 3.76 strikes a minute, and he has beaten the better recent opposition — a majority decision over Mateusz Rębecki in October. His 1.37 takedown average gives him a second gear Musayev has struggled with, having been submitted by Myktybek Orolbai in 2025.
Case for Musayev
Musayev finishes 87% of his wins, the highest rate in the matchup, and he is the more decorated fighter — a Rizin grand prix winner with Bellator experience. He out-pointed Ignacio Bahamondes in March, and eighteen knockouts in twenty-three wins mean Klein has to respect his power from the opening bell.
What We Were Watching For
- Volume versus power — Klein lands 3.76 a minute, Musayev 1.84 but with an 87% finish rate.
- Grappling exchanges; Musayev was submitted in round one by Orolbai in June 2025.
- Klein's footwork against a kickboxer who wants a stationary target.
- Whether Musayev's Rizin-era power still carries at 36.
