Bashi is the grappler and the sharper long-game player — 14-1 with a back-hunting scramble game that turns small openings into rear-naked chokes. His lone loss was a decision, and he answered it by choking out John Yannis; if he gets Delgado to the mat, the finish rate flips his way.
Case for Delgado
Delgado is the more dangerous striker and finishes at a 91% clip. The pace, knees and elbows make every second on the feet a threat, and he is fresh off out-working Andre Fili — proof he can win a fight he does not blitz. Keep Bashi at range and this becomes a firefight Delgado is built for.
