0:21Round 1
Petrosyan set the early pace — attacking the lead leg and working the Thai clinch to land knees — while Magomedov was more measured than usual, respecting the range. Late in the round Magomedov timed a clean side kick that briefly floored Petrosyan, then punctuated the five minutes with a spinning backfist in the closing seconds to swing momentum his way.
5:10Round 2
Petrosyan resumed his leg-kick attack and forced an early pause after an inadvertent groin strike. Back underway, Magomedov began finding his range; he clipped Petrosyan with a counter hook and transitioned directly into a spinning backfist that partially landed — then, using that spin's momentum, immediately whipped back the other direction with a second flush spinning backfist that sent Petrosyan to the canvas. Referee Kerry Hatley stopped it at 4:52, the first double spinning backfist KO in UFC history.
