0:12Round 1

Khabib established the terms immediately. He changed levels early, completed the takedown and spent most of the round smothering McGregor against the fence and from top position. McGregor had almost no clean striking time, and the champion banked the opener through control and attritional ground work.

5:22Round 2

The second round carried the fight's most surprising striking moment: Khabib hurt McGregor with a right hand before returning to the wrestling. Once he changed levels again, McGregor was forced back into defensive mode, giving away another long stretch of top control and leaving himself down two rounds with little rhythm.

10:22Round 3

McGregor had his clearest offensive round here. He found more space, landed the cleaner punches in open stance exchanges and spent longer portions of the round upright. Khabib still threatened with entries, but the challenger finally forced a striking round and briefly slowed the one-way traffic.

15:22Round 4

Khabib reclaimed full control in the fourth. He closed distance, dragged McGregor back into the clinch-and-mat cycle and advanced positions until he attacked the neck. The finishing sequence came from another dominant grappling exchange, ending with McGregor tapping to a neck crank at 3:03 to preserve Khabib's unbeaten title reign.
