The Read
Style, strengths, and defining traits.
Turman has always made the most sense as a grappling-led fighter who wins when he can turn exchanges into takedowns, scrambles and top control. He drops back to welterweight after campaigning at 185 for most of his UFC run.
He has taken losses on the feet and on the cards against stronger athletes, but he is still young for the amount of experience he carries and has already spent years fighting a steady level of UFC competition.
